Description

  • Lead water use licensing, environmental permitting applications, and related studies for client projects.
  • Provide senior technical direction and corporate technical support on environmental compliance, governance, and permitting.
  • Develop integrated project schedules, including critical paths, for end-to-end project execution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve environmental design and streamline regulatory processes.
  • Interface with government, stakeholders, and communities to advance permitting activities.
  • Represent Ensero and clients in regulatory and community meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Prepare and oversee presentation materials for external meetings and events.
  • Monitor legislation and regulatory changes and communicate impacts internally.
  • Support client proposals and business development opportunities in mining and other sectors.
  • Review technical deliverables and mentor junior and intermediate team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, A/E/C, or a related industry.
  • Experience building relationships and engaging with First Nations and all levels of government.
  • Knowledge of Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, and BC impact assessment and licensing regimes for resource development projects.
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects and work effectively with team members.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and contribute as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction at all levels.
