Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and own all client-facing communication.
  • Lead end-of-month performance reviews, weekly check-ins, and monthly strategy sessions.
  • Own the client onboarding process from welcome call through campaign launch readiness.
  • Coordinate with media buyers on campaign setup, creative approvals, and launch timelines.
  • Translate client goals into actionable briefs for the media buying team.
  • Attend strategy discussions and provide client context that informs campaign direction.
  • Monitor campaign results and communicate performance updates to clients.
  • Maintain SOPs for onboarding, reporting, escalation, and offboarding.
  • Track client health, satisfaction, and deliverable status in project management and CRM tools.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, flag at-risk accounts early, and execute retention/save plays.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as client success, account management, or customer success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Must present as a native-level American English speaker on client calls.
  • Ability to learn and speak confidently about Meta Ads Manager, campaign metrics, and lead generation fundamentals.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite, project management tools such as ClickUp, CRM systems, and Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager.
  • Able to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, with flexibility to extend to 7:00 PM ET for West Coast clients.
  • Proactive, coachable, and high-ownership mindset suited to a fast-paced scaling environment.
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency or lead generation environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the home services, trades, or contractor industry (preferred).
  • Experience managing 30+ client accounts simultaneously or working alongside media buyers/ad specialists (preferred).
