Description

  • Manage a portfolio of students from onboarding through to programme completion.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 Zoom sessions to track progress and provide guidance.
  • Ensure students complete required milestones such as internships and learning modules.
  • Maintain student engagement, motivation, and accountability throughout the programme.
  • Build strong relationships with students and, where relevant, parents.
  • Communicate regularly through Zoom, WhatsApp, and other channels as the primary point of contact.
  • Monitor student progress against structured programme plans and identify risks early.
  • Intervene proactively to keep students on track and deliver a smooth student journey.
  • Potentially coordinate with or manage junior support staff such as programme assistants.
  • Identify opportunities to transition students into higher-tier programmes and support upsell conversations.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, client success, teaching, coaching, mentoring, healthcare, or another role involving direct ongoing client interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with clear, confident, neutral delivery.
  • Strong balance of empathy and authority, with the ability to hold clients accountable.
  • Highly organised and structured, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Comfortable communicating with younger students and adapting communication style to different personalities.
  • Confident on video calls and in written communication.
  • Naturally supportive and encouraging, while still able to challenge when needed.
  • High ownership, accountability, and professionalism when dealing with parents and high-paying clients.
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
  • Experience in ESL teaching, nursing, patient care, or similar backgrounds is preferred.
