Description

  • Interface with customer executive sponsors to create platform roadmaps and shape enterprise demand.
  • Establish a regular cadence with clients to maintain roadmap alignment and expected outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point for client concerns.
  • Lead client kickoff and onboarding for each new assigned account.
  • Communicate business cases and problem statements to technical delivery teams.
  • Guide day-to-day delivery resources to keep client projects moving forward.
  • Participate in staffing and recruiting efforts for additional delivery resources.
  • Monitor KPIs to support team productivity and client profitability.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem.
  • Build relationships with AHEAD sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience overseeing platform deployments and support.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a dotted-line or direct reporting structure.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and available integrations.
  • Previous experience as a ServiceNow platform owner is preferred.
  • Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to maintain engagement profitability while delivering services aligned to business outcomes.
