Description

  • Own client relationships end-to-end through weekly or biweekly calls, text updates, and personalized reporting.
  • Explain funnel strategy, campaign performance, and next steps in clear business-owner language.
  • Review campaign results, identify trends, and translate marketing data into actionable recommendations.
  • Direct creative by guiding the creative team on ad messaging and visual direction based on performance.
  • Drive retention, upsells, referrals, Google reviews, and testimonials.
  • Lead client calls with confidence and maintain control when clients are direct or challenging.
  • Bridge client needs and media buyer execution by translating requests into strategic action for the team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a pod of approximately 30 clients.

Requirements

  • Blue-collar or trades background, with experience in or around HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, remodeling, or similar industries.
  • Basic marketing background and understanding of funnels, ads, leads, and core marketing metrics.
  • Extremely articulate communication skills, with strong phone and video presence.
  • Sales instinct and the ability to handle upset clients, set expectations, redirect conversations, and upsell.
  • Hungry, driven, tech-savvy, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Proactive communication style that reaches out before clients need to ask for updates.
  • Experience with full-funnel marketing, including ads, CRM, and automated follow-up, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or LSAs, even at a conceptual level, preferred.
  • Creative direction experience, such as conceptualizing ad angles or scripting video ads, preferred.
  • Agency experience managing multiple accounts, familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or HubSpot, and SEO fundamentals, preferred.

Benefits

  • $60,000 base salary per year.
  • Performance bonus tied to retention, upsells, and client satisfaction.
  • Total compensation of approximately $75,000–$85,000 depending on performance.
  • Path to Head of Customer Success as the company scales.
  • Fully remote role open to candidates in the US and Canada.
  • Quarterly in-person team meetups.
