Description

  • Source, negotiate, and sign deals with gaming studios across China and APAC.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with local Chinese publishers.
  • Stay informed on the Chinese mobile gaming market and regulatory changes.
  • Onboard and manage new partner studios to ensure smooth collaboration and measurable results.
  • Lead the full game development lifecycle from ideation through launch.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape, including user behavior and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers to bring game concepts and features to life.
  • Own the product process end to end as a cross-functional product owner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Experience managing gaming studios is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience negotiating and finalizing contractual agreements.
  • Proven experience leading the ideation and development of new mobile games or apps from concept through production.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
  • Experience working on mobile games with a track record of successful planning, development, and launches is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends in mobile gaming is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.
