Source, negotiate, and sign deals with gaming studios across China and APAC.
Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with local Chinese publishers.
Stay informed on the Chinese mobile gaming market and regulatory changes.
Onboard and manage new partner studios to ensure smooth collaboration and measurable results.
Lead the full game development lifecycle from ideation through launch.
Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape, including user behavior and key metrics.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers to bring game concepts and features to life.
Own the product process end to end as a cross-functional product owner.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role in the mobile gaming industry.
Experience managing gaming studios is a plus.
Hands-on experience negotiating and finalizing contractual agreements.
Proven experience leading the ideation and development of new mobile games or apps from concept through production.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
Experience working on mobile games with a track record of successful planning, development, and launches is preferred.
Strong understanding of the latest trends in mobile gaming is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences is preferred.
Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.
