Description

  • Define the value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for assigned programs or blueprints.
  • Build business cases, ROI analyses, and scoped statements of work for client engagements.
  • Run market validation, workshops, and user research to shape demos and first deployments.
  • Stand up and drive activation programs on live client data from use case to result.
  • Work with Provectus’ delivery stack, including Claude Code, AWOS, MCP servers, Skills, and plugins.
  • Define solution vision and roadmap for GenAI, agentic, and RAG-based engagements.
  • Lead Agile delivery activities, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release process.
  • Break work into incremental releases while balancing technical debt and architecture.
  • Contribute to measurement frameworks, success metrics, analytics, and root-cause analysis.
  • Support change management, enablement, and reusable playbooks across accounts.

Requirements

  • Deep domain expertise in Financial Services and/or Healthcare & Life Sciences, ideally in a client-facing or consulting context.
  • Proven ability to lead or materially contribute to a program or blueprint from 0-to-1 through scale in real client delivery.
  • Experience operating in a forward-deployed or embedded client model, including hands-on prototyping.
  • 5-7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership.
  • 3-5+ years working with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with outcome-based, milestone-priced engagements.
  • Fluent English.
  • Working knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork; must be able to build skills, workflows, productivity tooling, MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses.
  • Understanding of GenAI and agentic patterns such as prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and agent frameworks.
  • Understanding of data fundamentals, including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance in enterprise contexts.
  • Understanding of cloud and AI infrastructure, with AWS as the primary platform and familiarity with MLOps and AI observability.
  • Strong communication, executive storytelling, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Bias to action and comfort working through ambiguity with structured problem-solving.
  • Engineering empathy to earn credibility with senior engineers and architects.
  • Nice to have: a second priority vertical beyond your primary FSI/HCLS focus.
  • Nice to have: prior experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.
  • Nice to have: Claude Certified Architect – Foundations, Seller, or Developer certification, or willingness to complete one early.
  • Nice to have: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AWS/Azure/GCP certifications.
  • Nice to have: software development background.
