Description

  • Own the end-to-end business performance and eProfit growth of assigned mobile games.
  • Define quarterly growth objectives and adjust priorities based on performance data.
  • Decide when to scale, pivot, or sunset products as growth potential changes.
  • Own the product roadmap for each assigned game.
  • Prioritize features based on expected business impact.
  • Define and track success metrics such as retention, ARPU, session frequency, and engagement depth.
  • Lead product strategy across monetization, user acquisition, ASO, creative testing, competitive intelligence, and experimentation.
  • Build and ship product functionality when it is the fastest path to delivery.
  • Contribute production code, implement analytics events, and set up experimentation infrastructure.
  • Write PRDs, design experiments, document learnings, and share reusable knowledge.

Requirements

  • Significant Product Management or Product Owner experience in mobile gaming.
  • Proven ownership of live mobile games with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of free-to-play game economics, LiveOps, product analytics, experimentation, retention optimization, monetization systems, and user acquisition fundamentals.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and Data teams.
  • Comfort making product decisions using quantitative analysis.
  • Comfortable working technically and contributing directly to product implementation when appropriate.
  • Experience with scripting, programming, AI-assisted development, or technical product ownership is highly valued.
  • Must be able to operate in an AI-native, fast-moving, experimentation-driven environment.
  • Experience in mobile gaming is required; experience with live mobile games is especially relevant.
