Description

  • Own the products that help teachers earn income, including mentoring, live events, retreats, courses, and the dashboard that connects them.
  • Build systems to scale the volume of high-quality content entering the platform.
  • Identify gaps between what the community searches for and what content is available, then design strategies to fill those gaps.
  • Conceptualize and build working prototypes using AI before handing them off to engineering.
  • Spend time with teachers to understand how they grow audiences, what they sell, and how the platform can help them earn more.
  • Work closely on improving the content library and organizing it at scale.

Requirements

  • Years of experience building products at consumer companies used by millions of people.
  • Experience taking features from idea through to production.
  • Strong builder mindset with a product-obsessed, hands-on approach.
  • Experience building for both sides of a marketplace; creator-platform experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to understand how creators run their businesses and earn income.
  • Experience running large content libraries or the pipelines behind them while maintaining quality at scale.
  • Ability to build products using AI tools, with examples of AI-built products.
  • Comfort working as an individual contributor reporting directly to the CEO.
