Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate development, publishing, licensing, talent/voice-actor, influencer, distribution, and vendor agreements.
  • Oversee protection and enforcement of the company’s IP portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
  • Advise on IP clearance for in-game content, titles, and marketing materials.
  • Partner with game studios and product teams to review features, community moderation policies, and monetization strategies from inception to launch.
  • Maintain and update EULAs, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policies to reflect legal developments and game changes.
  • Manage pre-litigation disputes and DMCA takedowns.
  • Coordinate with other counsel when needed on legal matters.

Requirements

  • Meaningful experience supporting legal teams, either in-house or at a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of legal department functions and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with legal technology platforms such as Ironclad and Jira.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen, pragmatism, and resourcefulness.
  • Curiosity, excellence, and positivity.
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism.
