Description

  • Lead and develop senior technical leaders across Solutions Architecture, Marketing Science, SQL Engineering, and Context Engineering.
  • Define and execute the Technical Solutions strategy, including scope boundaries, service packaging, pricing, staffing, capacity planning, and global coverage.
  • Oversee Solutions Architecture work for complex enterprise needs such as custom checkout, headless setups, API and data integrations, event setup, warehouse syncs, and non-standard architectures.
  • Own Marketing Science efforts supporting strategic accounts through MTA, MMM, incrementality, lift testing, and calibrated measurement.
  • Manage SQL Engineering deliverables including custom data products, queries, dashboards, and warehouse work for customer-specific needs.
  • Own Context Engineering for customer-specific knowledge, schemas, retrieval, tool definitions, and MCP surfaces that make Moby accurate and useful.
  • Run professional services as a business by managing services revenue, attach rate, utilization, project margin, retention impact, and expansion influence.
  • Serve as the senior technical sponsor and escalation point for strategic and enterprise customer situations, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering to improve deal scoping, ownership, roadmap signal, and customer outcomes.
  • Build reusable playbooks, frameworks, query libraries, model templates, and context assets to scale delivery and improve the platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Marketing Analytics, Data Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, or a related customer-facing technical function.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing managers and high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, attribution, measurement methodologies, and modern marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Experience leading customer-facing teams responsible for technical consulting, analytics, data strategy, or solution design.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical and analytical solutions to customer outcomes and business value.
  • Experience building scalable service models, operational frameworks, and performance metrics across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and analytical concepts for different audiences.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce, marketing technology, analytics, attribution, or data-driven SaaS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities, with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing strategic leadership with operational execution.

Benefits

  • Base compensation range of $160,000-$185,000.
