Description

  • Analyze competitor performance and define strategies to close market share gaps in international markets.
  • Translate market-specific friction into prioritized R&D requirements for localized product features.
  • Use data to rank problems and opportunities by audience size, confidence, and leverage for engineering teams.
  • Orchestrate SEM, SEO, and content efforts toward granular, country-specific marketing structures.
  • Direct the creation of localized landing pages and content that reflect regional idioms and cultural context.
  • Oversee funnel performance from traffic and account creation through supplier signup and product launch.
  • Partner with Sales and Destination Management teams to identify high-demand supply gaps in key markets.
  • Develop geo-specific assets to address supplier objections and support sales growth.
  • Serve as the cross-functional link between R&D, Marketing, and Supply to ensure international initiatives are included in quarterly roadmaps.
  • Align channels and teams to increase adoption and support international supply priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing and international GTM strategy.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective multi-channel campaign strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate with Product, Sales, Data, and Engineering teams.
  • Deep experience using data to prioritize opportunities and manage performance dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to drive alignment across a global organization.
  • Experience with international market analysis and localization is implied by the role’s scope.
  • Experience in travel, experiences, or marketplace businesses is preferred given the company context.
  • Ability to work remotely from London, UK, with occasional travel to company offices.
  • Flexible availability to collaborate across a worldwide, remote-friendly team.
