Description

  • Investigate and resolve complex application incidents across the fleet operations platform and driver management applications.
  • Perform code-level debugging, configuration changes, and minor fixes for escalated issues.
  • Execute and validate deployments to production and non-production environments.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for escalated tickets and document findings in ServiceNow and knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor CI/CD pipelines and perform Tier 2 remediation when pipeline issues occur.
  • Troubleshoot AWS serverless infrastructure issues, including Lambda failures, DynamoDB anomalies, and RDS connectivity problems.
  • Support server and service restarts, log-level diagnostics, and environment health checks.
  • Participate in weekend release activities several times per year.

Requirements

  • Experience with Java and Spring Boot, including the ability to read stack traces, identify root causes, and apply fixes or workarounds in production.
  • Experience with JBoss application servers.
  • Experience with Oracle 11g and MS SQL Server, including diagnostic and fix queries and stored procedures.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting AWS services such as Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and CloudWatch.
  • Basic DevOps experience with GitLab CI/CD and Docker, including pipeline status review, deployment execution, and rollback.
  • Experience with Datadog for log search, alert triage, and service map navigation.
  • Working knowledge of Linux for log reading, service management, and basic shell scripting.
  • Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management, work notes, and SLA-aware escalation.
  • Nice to have: Node.js / JavaScript experience for back-end components.
  • Nice to have: Kubernetes basics.
  • Nice to have: Android or iOS mobile app support experience.
