Description

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts, including follow-up on marketing- and website-generated leads.
  • Prospect proactively into key accounts such as insurance carriers.
  • Maintain accurate records and strong pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Engage legal professionals including attorneys, partners, paralegals, general counsel, and risk teams.
  • Lead product demos and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close.
  • Build and manage customer relationships through a consultative sales process.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and position Trellis effectively for core customers.
  • Represent Trellis professionally and convert prospects into customers and customers into advocates.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a New Business Account Executive, ideally at a strategic, senior, or enterprise level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort engaging prospects via email, phone, and in person.
  • Experience applying a structured sales methodology, especially in discovery and consultative selling.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, move quickly, identify next steps, and propose solutions independently.
  • Exposure to legal practice, law firms, or lawyers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Experience in a B2B environment with technical, SaaS, or legal solutions is preferred.
