Description

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Treering Yearbooks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, its history, current state, and future opportunities.
  • Evaluate features, workflows, and technical constraints to identify opportunities for innovation, scalability, and growth.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics, including activation, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.
  • Establish best practices for product measurement, experimentation, and decision-making.
  • Leverage product analytics, customer behavior data, and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track product performance and business outcomes.
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, and market analysis.
  • Translate research findings into product requirements, strategic opportunities, and clear documentation.
  • Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
  • Experience owning multiple product areas or a product portfolio from strategy through execution and optimization.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing products in technology, SaaS, consumer, or B2B2C environments.
  • Experience supporting products that serve multiple user personas or stakeholder groups is strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience with product analytics and BI tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, GA, Metabase, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing metrics frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data independently and balance quantitative analysis with qualitative customer insights.
  • Strong product judgment, customer empathy, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.
  • Experience leading through influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in EdTech, consumer products, publishing, content platforms, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-powered features, personalization, or recommendation systems is preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
