Description

  • Identify potential partner salons through channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  • Build relationships with salon owners through phone outreach and in-person visits.
  • Present Treatwell’s SaaS solution and marketplace to clearly communicate value to salons.
  • Negotiate deals and close new partnership contracts.
  • Document sales activities accurately in Salesforce and maintain an up-to-date pipeline.
  • Achieve a target of at least 10 new salon partners per month.
  • Work to maximize commission through strong sales performance.
  • Contribute to the growth of Treatwell’s partner network and customer base.

Requirements

  • Fluent German is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for direct customer contact.
  • Comfort with cold calling and proactive outbound sales.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • A personality marked by courage, humor, respect, self-responsibility, and charm.
  • Digital affinity and willingness to work with new software and digital tools.
  • Additional languages are a plus.

  • €39,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
  • Average target annual on-target earnings of €64,000 gross.
