Description

  • Own and execute the company’s marketing strategy across digital, brand, and content channels.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategies and backlink initiatives to improve search visibility.
  • Lead content creation for blogs, newsletters, case studies, and other inbound marketing channels.
  • Drive social media presence, including executive-led LinkedIn activity and related platforms.
  • Launch and optimize lead generation funnels using digital and outbound tactics.
  • Oversee targeted email campaigns, phone call scripts, and SMS workflows.
  • Manage and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives from prospecting through closing.
  • Oversee outbound and inbound sales strategies, CRM implementation, and sales performance.
  • Map and improve the customer journey from lead to client success while tracking KPIs and month-over-month growth.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and executive teams to align go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience managing both sales and marketing functions in a high-growth environment.
  • AI automation experience is required to improve efficiency and scale workflows.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, email marketing, and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing SDR teams and closing sales cycles from outreach to deal.
  • Familiarity with branding, digital design tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative storyteller with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Collaborative leader who can manage up, down, and across departments.
  • Highly organized with proficiency in sales and marketing strategy and SalesTech stacks.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time role.
  • Standard working hours of 9:00am–5:00pm PST.
  • Starting pay from $8 USD per hour.
