Description

  • Manage incoming creative requests from clients across video, photo, social, and campaign work.
  • Translate rough ideas into clear, structured briefs for creative teams.
  • Assign and coordinate work across editors, designers, and other collaborators.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and project status across multiple concurrent jobs.
  • Maintain organized project systems in tools such as Notion, Trello, and Google Drive.
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for project communication with clients.
  • Send updates, gather feedback, and clarify incomplete requests into actionable direction.
  • Prepare clean handoffs for editors and creatives and perform light quality control before delivery.
  • Generate occasional final assets using AI tools when speed is required.
  • Coordinate shoot schedules, deliverables, internal meetings, and light production planning.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to bring structure to fast-moving creative environments.
  • Clear understanding of creative workflows in video, content, or marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
  • Strong eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to recognize what feels on-brand versus off-brand.
  • Comfortable making quick creative decisions when needed.
  • Comfortable using Google Drive, Notion, Trello, Asana, Slack, and email.
  • Familiarity with video or content workflows; experience with AI creative tools is a strong plus.
  • Background in content creation, editing, or production is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating freelancers or creative teams is preferred.
  • Basic editing or design skills such as Premiere or CapCut are preferred.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines or marketing teams is preferred.

Benefits

  • 20 hours per week to start.
  • Rate starts at $6 USD per hour.
