Description

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to potential leads using provided scripts and value propositions.
  • Research target companies to identify key decision-makers and gather relevant business information.
  • Qualify prospects based on pre-defined criteria and assess their IT services needs.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for the U.S. sales team to conduct consultations and demos.
  • Accurately document and manage lead details, call notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to ensure alignment on lead quality and sales objectives.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including calls made, leads qualified, and appointments booked.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive approach when engaging potential clients.
  • Provide weekly reporting on lead generation activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably for U.S. or international clients).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage and track lead pipelines.
  • Familiarity with lead sourcing tools and prospecting techniques, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office setup with reliable internet connectivity.
  • Experience working in the Managed IT Services or technology solutions industry.
  • Background in B2B appointment setting for SMB or mid-market clients.
