Description

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to existing dealers and prospective retailers.
  • Generate purchase orders, replenishment orders, and new dealer appointments through proactive selling.
  • Re-engage inactive dealers and grow purchases through relationship management.
  • Qualify prospects, present the dealer opportunity, and maintain an active pipeline.
  • Cross-sell and upsell hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, parts, accessories, commercial products, and other B2B offerings.
  • Follow up on quotations and opportunities through closure.
  • Review, verify, process, and invoice dealer and B2C orders accurately and on time.
  • Monitor orders through production, scheduling, and shipment while resolving issues with internal departments.
  • Maintain product knowledge, provide market and dealer feedback, and support product launches and promotions.
  • Maintain CRM and dealer records; prepare quotations, forecasts, and weekly activity reports.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success generating business through proactive telephone prospecting.
  • Comfortable spending most of each workday making outbound sales calls.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work full-time during PST business hours.
