Description

  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into clinical operational performance and success metrics.
  • Partner with clinical insights and operational leaders to define, validate, and evolve key performance indicators.
  • Respond to strategic analytical questions related to staffing models, resource capacity, engagement channel effectiveness, and performance guarantees.
  • Build and maintain automation supporting quality standards and customer audit requirements.
  • Write advanced SQL queries across complex, multi-source datasets and translate findings into executive-ready narratives.
  • Support the refinement and validation of predictive models for member targeting and clinical program design.
  • Collaborate with technical and clinical stakeholders to assess model effectiveness and recommend methodology improvements.
  • Deliver self-service reporting that enables clinical and operational leaders to monitor performance without analytical dependency.
  • Analyze member behavior, claims history, and engagement patterns to support clinical stratification and prioritize populations.
  • Document data workflows, metric definitions, and analytical methodologies to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field required; master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data or business analytics, with exposure to healthcare operations, clinical data, or population health environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Tableau and experience building interactive, self-service dashboards with governance and scalability in mind.
  • Advanced SQL scripting experience, including T-SQL and PL/SQL, across complex relational schemas, medical claims databases, and multi-source data environments.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses, with Amazon Redshift preferred.
  • Familiarity with Big Data environments such as Hadoop/Hive is a plus, and experience with Databricks architecture is preferred.
  • Applied experience with predictive modeling, cohort matching, statistical analysis, or machine learning frameworks in a healthcare or operational context.
  • High proficiency in Excel for rapid prototyping and ad-hoc modeling; Python is a plus.
  • Experience performing UAT/QA processes to ensure accurate, user-friendly reporting and dashboard outputs.
  • Working knowledge of medical claims data structures, clinical performance metrics, population health concepts, and Clinical Performance Guarantees (PGs).
