Description

Provide ongoing data support for compliance-related reporting, monitoring, audits, and ad hoc analytical requests.
Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL across multiple systems and data sources.
Investigate data structures, query logic, and reporting requirements to produce accurate and reliable outputs.
Perform thorough data validation and quality checks, challenging existing logic when needed.
Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and data gaps, and take ownership of resolving them.
Adapt reporting and analysis to evolving data environments and changing logic or assumptions.
Work with reporting and analysis tools to support dashboards and data deliverables.
Contribute to spreadsheet-based analysis and lightweight dashboard solutions.
Manage multiple requests in parallel while meeting tight deadlines.
Document recurring logic, data sources, and processes to support knowledge sharing and scalability.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with SQL is required.
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as data warehouses or similar environments.
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data validation, and reporting.
Experience with reporting or dashboarding tools.
Ability to navigate complex data environments with multiple data sources and dependencies.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to independently validate data and assess the correctness of outputs.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Experience with modern BI or dashboarding tools is preferred.
Familiarity with lightweight data visualization or app-based reporting solutions is preferred.
Experience in compliance, risk, audit, or regulated environments is preferred.
