Description

  • Provide ongoing data support for compliance-related reporting, monitoring, audits, and ad hoc analytical requests.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Investigate data structures, query logic, and reporting requirements to produce accurate and reliable outputs.
  • Perform thorough data validation and quality checks, challenging existing logic when needed.
  • Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and data gaps, and take ownership of resolving them.
  • Adapt reporting and analysis to evolving data environments and changing logic or assumptions.
  • Work with reporting and analysis tools to support dashboards and data deliverables.
  • Contribute to spreadsheet-based analysis and lightweight dashboard solutions.
  • Manage multiple requests in parallel while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Document recurring logic, data sources, and processes to support knowledge sharing and scalability.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL is required.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as data warehouses or similar environments.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data validation, and reporting.
  • Experience with reporting or dashboarding tools.
  • Ability to navigate complex data environments with multiple data sources and dependencies.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently validate data and assess the correctness of outputs.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Experience with modern BI or dashboarding tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lightweight data visualization or app-based reporting solutions is preferred.
  • Experience in compliance, risk, audit, or regulated environments is preferred.
