Description

  • Design, provision, and deploy AWS infrastructure and related services.
  • Execute cloud migrations with minimal downtime while preserving data integrity and application continuity.
  • Implement Zero Trust architecture principles across infrastructure and systems.
  • Configure and manage IAM policies and Active Directory integration for role-based access.
  • Produce internal and customer-facing documentation for deployed configurations and usage.
  • Implement security controls and hardening measures to meet compliance and security standards.
  • Conduct security assessments of cloud resources and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor system and application performance using CloudWatch and other observability tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis on incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support application migrations to infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native environments.
  • Evaluate cloud and system technologies through proof-of-concept and MVP testing.
  • Troubleshoot, develop, and deploy containerized applications and workloads using Docker.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive IT experience in systems administration, networking, or infrastructure engineering.
  • 2+ years of cloud engineering experience with a primary focus on AWS service design, deployment, and support.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • AWS Associate certification or higher.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Active Public Trust clearance required, or active within the last 24 months; ability to hold Secret/TS preferred.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirement.
  • Ability to work remotely within HST, PST, MST, or CST time zones.
  • Some travel to client sites may be required.
