Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Global Enterprise Customers to maximize the success of their influencer programs and satisfaction with Traackr.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify, scope, and secure new services opportunities.
  • Shape, plan, and execute service projects aligned with customers’ business objectives and measurement needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, high-value service projects that drive customers’ business outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
  • Craft compelling narratives and data-driven insights to communicate program performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Publish and present thought leadership on influencer marketing for Traackr’s blog and industry events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Success, Data, Product) to leverage resources for seamless service delivery and surface initiatives for the product roadmap.
  • Oversee project delivery logistics and engage third-party partners as needed to ensure timely, on-budget completion.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree.
  • Agency or consulting experience selling to marketing organizations of global brands (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing activities, measurement, and data storytelling, specifically in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Proven track record delivering strategic consulting services to enterprise brands and presenting to senior-level audiences.
  • Ability to lead strategic conversations with customers and act as a client-facing consultant.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and measurement practices in the digital marketing space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and work across international teams/time zones; occasional in-person attendance or travel as required.
