Description

  • Lead and manage the Screening team to meet performance metrics and quality targets.
  • Plan, create, and launch new screening initiatives and process updates.
  • Analyze team and Screener metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage internal team projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Optimize screening tasks, exercises, and processes with subject matter experts.
  • Support vertical leadership and other screening managers on Digital Marketing initiatives and standards.
  • Serve as an escalation point for talent disputes and resolve operational issues.
  • Lead the build-out of new talent specializations, including hiring Screeners.
  • Create, maintain, and update screening documentation and procedures.
  • Support QA and analytics teams to improve Screener evaluation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in operational management, including managing projects, teams, or business workflows.
  • Experience working as a Marketing Generalist.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding team leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.
  • Comfort working in changing priorities and across varied stakeholder groups.
  • Must be able to submit resumes and communication in English.
  • Remote work is required; visa sponsorship or assistance is not offered.
