Description

  • Lead the definition of short-, medium-, and long-term strategy and growth pillars.
  • Define strategic frameworks and governance rituals that guide executive decisions.
  • Create proprietary models to evaluate the attractiveness of new markets.
  • Translate long-term vision into short- and medium-term plans aligned with OKRs and financial planning.
  • Lead resource allocation discussions across Capex, Opex, and headcount, including organizational design.
  • Develop financial models and sensitivity analyses to support prioritization and ROI decisions.
  • Lead screening and business case development for M&A opportunities.
  • Monitor and improve core B2C KPIs to identify deviations and tactical opportunities.
  • Act as an executive advisor, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with long-term vision.
  • Promote a culture of ownership and analytical rigor across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong background in strategic consulting, such as MBB or Big 4, with experience in investment theses, market entry, and corporate planning.
  • Ability to think systemically about how market changes affect org design and capital allocation over a 5-year horizon.
  • Strong storytelling and influence skills to simplify complex problems for senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced financial rigor, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and understanding of unit economics.
  • Experience in consulting, financial planning, FP&A, or other analytical areas (preferred).
  • Experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholders (preferred).
  • Strong data analysis and financial modeling capabilities (preferred).
  • Fluency in English (preferred).
