Description

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the Enterprise team and the right hand to the Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Own the production pipeline end to end and keep loans progressing toward closing.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails and provide a responsive, solution-oriented client and partner experience.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility by tracking milestones, deadlines, outstanding actions, and documentation.
  • Monitor time-sensitive items such as lock expirations, disclosure requests, Clear to Close timing, and TPO submissions.
  • Resolve routine and complex operational issues, and escalate strategic or high-risk matters when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and other partners to protect milestone and closing dates.
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks and process inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Mentor and support newer Production Managers and team members.
  • Maintain accurate production notes and documentation to ensure accountability and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mortgage sales production, operations, processing, or a related mortgage lending function.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle from lock through closing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven production pipeline.
  • Experience with LOS platforms, disclosure tracking, and TPO submission processes.
  • Ability to operate independently and make sound operational decisions without constant direction.
  • Strong judgment to determine what to resolve directly, route, or escalate.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional, solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong relationship-management skills with borrowers, brokers, Account Executives, and internal partners.
  • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise or high-volume mortgage production teams, including broker/wholesale or TPO partners.
  • Preferred: experience improving pipeline efficiency, turnaround times, client satisfaction, or operational workflows.
  • Preferred: experience mentoring or developing other mortgage professionals.
  • Preferred: strong understanding of agency, investor, and company mortgage requirements.
