Description

  • Lead and manage Screening teams to meet performance metrics and quality targets.
  • Plan, create, and roll out new team initiatives and process updates.
  • Monitor screening performance, key metrics, and operational health, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage internal team projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Work with subject matter experts, Vertical Leads, and QA teams to optimize screening content, standards, and processes.
  • Support the build-out of new talent specializations, including hiring and coaching Screeners.
  • Serve as an escalation point for talent disputes and help monitor, investigate, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation for screening policies, procedures, and content in compliance with cross-vertical standards.
  • Provide guidance to analytics teams to improve reporting across technical screening.
  • Support capacity planning, operational readiness, and continuous process improvement across assigned screening areas.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in operational management, including managing projects, teams, or business workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
  • Experience in the IT field is preferred.
  • Experience with SDLC is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding team leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to self-start while managing your own workflow.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Must be a dependable owner who takes responsibility for both personal and team success.
  • Must be a world-class individual contributor to thrive at Toptal.
