Description

  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Develop and manage customer lifecycle strategies with clear milestones for value realization.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within accounts and execute scalable engagement approaches.
  • Partner with Sales to support renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to the product team and share product insights back with customers.
  • Build engagement models and methodologies that educate, enable, and delight customers throughout their journey.
  • Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes for the broader Customer Success organization.
  • Represent Tonkean to executive stakeholders and guide them on change management, adoption, and ROI.
  • Build deep relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple industries.
  • Help customers realize measurable business outcomes from Tonkean.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or an equivalent customer-facing role within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to work productively with product and engineering teams.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and change.
  • Deep empathy and curiosity when solving complex customer problems.
  • Self-motivated, outcome-driven mindset and passion for excellent customer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working with high-revenue enterprise customers (preferred).
  • Experience influencing the evolution of a Customer Success operating model (preferred).
