Description

  • Lead and execute on-site technical problem-solving during global operations.
  • Manage deployment, installation, calibration, operation, and disassembly of weather systems.
  • Ensure technical readiness and system uptime before, during, and after events.
  • Support field logistics, including equipment transport, setup coordination, and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact during field activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and meteorology teams on configurations and integrations.
  • Support customer discussions, clarify system capabilities, and document solution designs.
  • Ensure deployed systems meet technical, operational, and customer requirements.
  • Represent Tomorrow.io in the field with professionalism, precision, and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS, B2B, customer-facing role.
  • Hands-on experience with weather systems such as weather stations, radars, or environmental monitoring equipment.
  • Valid international driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently throughout the year, approximately 70%.
  • Reliable and practical access to a major international airport is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on, practical mindset with the ability to solve complex issues in dynamic conditions.
  • Ability to design solutions involving hardware, software, and data flows.
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
  • Proven teamwork and coordination skills for working with a small field team.
  • Clear communication and customer-facing technical presentation abilities.
  • Independent, proactive, and resourceful approach to getting work done.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment, including items over 40 lbs.
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble weather stations and related hardware.
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
