Description

  • Record hands-on, manipulation-intensive household tasks in residential environments.
  • Capture common activities such as room tidy-up, end-to-end dishes cleanup, end-to-end laundry, and home mapping.
  • Follow strict data-capture guidelines and maintain full attention on the task while recording.
  • Ensure recordings reflect geographic and task diversity.
  • Upload captured videos through the designated workflow for project use.

Requirements

  • Own or have access to a smartphone or alternative camera device capable of 30 FPS or higher and 1080p resolution or higher.
  • Mount the device at forehead or eye level to create an egocentric perspective with a downward angle that keeps hands visible.
  • Use the designated D&A application for all data capture and upload.
  • Provide clear, stable, and well-lit video footage.
  • Ensure recordings are at least 15 seconds long.
  • Capture intentional, useful tasks without unnecessary pauses or contrived movements.
