Description

  • Design, scope, and implement solutions using a combination of technologies.
  • Enhance the platform to improve performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Work closely with the team to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Run experiments and iterate quickly on product and technical solutions.
  • Contribute to consumer-facing products such as Online Ordering, VoiceAI, branded Websites, and Branded Mobile Apps.
  • Help ensure stability and scalability across products used by millions of restaurant guests each day.
  • Participate in technology, product, and business strategy discussions.
  • Collaborate as a strong teammate in a fast-moving, agile environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing fullstack web applications.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React.
  • Working knowledge of CSS and frameworks such as Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js, Java, or Kotlin.
  • Experience building with AWS services plus tools like Docker and Git.
  • Familiarity implementing high-fidelity UX mock designs in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Experience shipping and maintaining testable codebases, including API design and unit-testing frameworks.
  • Comfort with testing methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to embrace an agile mindset and ship features quickly when needed.
  • Passion for building products that make users happy and are used in the wild.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $159,000–$254,000 USD for Zone A, $138,000–$221,000 USD for Zone B, or $125,000–$200,000 USD for Zone C.
  • Total rewards package includes cash compensation such as overtime and, if eligible, bonus or commissions.
  • Equity is included in the total rewards package.
  • Benefits are included as part of the compensation package.
  • Hybrid work options are available in Boston and New York, with remote work available in the US.
