Description

  • Design and ship production-grade agentic solutions for high-velocity go-to-market motions.
  • Rapidly turn ambiguous business problems into functional AI proof-of-concepts within 1–2 week sprint cycles.
  • Work directly with Sales, Service, and Marketing leaders to uncover and redesign high-friction manual workflows.
  • Architect integrations between LLMs and the GTM stack, including Salesforce, Clay, and Snowflake, with a golden-record approach to data integrity.
  • Translate technical measurements into business outcome metrics and ROI.
  • Own complex synchronization challenges and design systems for concurrency, scale, and reliability.
  • Implement guardrails for AI outputs using evaluation frameworks and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Ship services with deep monitoring and automated alerting to ensure reliability and observability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Expertise with CRM APIs, especially Salesforce, and modern data tools such as Clay and Nooks.
  • Ability to architect event-driven triggers rather than simply connecting applications.
  • Proven experience building within complex enterprise software, such as CPQ or deep CRM internals.
  • Experience designing event-driven, asynchronous architectures that maintain data integrity across fragmented systems.
  • Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is preferred.
  • Experience building SalesTech or FinTech products with measurable impact on ARR or conversion is preferred.
  • AI knowledge and experience working with Data Engineering to productionize models within GTM workflows is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range of $230,000–$368,000 in Zone A, $200,000–$320,000 in Zone B, or $180,000–$288,000 in Zone C.
  • Additional cash compensation may include overtime and bonus/commissions if eligible.
