Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven tools, automations, and processes across the marketing department.
  • Map marketing workflows and identify opportunities for automation across content creation, segmentation, reporting, and QA.
  • Serve as an internal consultant to campaign engineers, content creators, and demand-gen leads.
  • Train and support marketing teams on AI best practices and responsible adoption.
  • Measure the impact and ROI of AI tools and continuously monitor automation performance.
  • Evaluate whether to build automations internally or adopt external AI marketing tools.
  • Build and maintain automations across systems using platforms such as Make.com, n8n, and Workato.
  • Design API-driven integrations between AI platforms and the existing MarTech stack with attribution in mind.
  • Develop prompt libraries, fine-tuned models, and reusable automation templates.
  • Help integrate the marketing tech stack with the AI tech stack and support AI agent workflows across tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, demand generation, or a related field with B2B GTM knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and Mutiny.
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels, campaign attribution, pipeline metrics, and revenue metrics.
  • Experience working with AI marketing software such as Tofu, Regie.ai, and RevSure.
  • Strong grasp of generative AI tools such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini, as well as workflow automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, and Workato.
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for automation scripts, data transformations, and API integrations.
  • Ability to design, test, and deploy API calls using REST and GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and ETL pipelines for marketing data processing.
  • Experience building workflows in Make.com, Airflow, or similar automation frameworks.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining AI workflows to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance speed and innovation with compliance and brand governance.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing emerging AI tools for marketing automation is preferred.
  • Comfort operating in fast-evolving AI and MarTech environments is preferred.
