Description

  • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact from purchase through the onboarding phase of Toast Payroll.
  • Work autonomously under an Onboarding Manager to meet monthly activation goals and prioritize work based on customer needs and company requirements.
  • Partner with restaurant owners during the go-live phase to create onboarding plans that support a high-quality implementation and adoption experience.
  • Configure Payroll systems to match each customer’s unique setup and operational needs.
  • Guide customers through initial onboarding steps, including setting up client databases from previous payroll provider data or customer-provided information.
  • Create and lead onboarding training plans tailored to each customer’s workflow and use case.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects at once across a large backlog of 60+ restaurants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, onboarding, and marketing to support customer success.
  • Ensure smooth transitions to Toast Payroll and provide remote support throughout implementation.
  • Provide post-live guidance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver follow-up training as needed.
  • Assist with translating customer-facing resources from English to Mandarin as needed.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with payroll or a payroll service provider is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Experience in the tech industry or at a SaaS company is preferred.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Training, teaching, or development experience is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $70,000-$80,000 USD for Zone A, $60,000-$70,000 USD for Zone B, and $55,000-$65,000 USD for Zone C.
  • Additional cash compensation may include overtime and eligible bonus or commissions.
