Description

  • Drive customer onboarding in close partnership with Technical Account Managers.
  • Own the full deployment and enablement lifecycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
  • Execute the technical aspects of customer onboarding and ensure seamless integration into existing data infrastructure.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into actionable implementation plans.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and implementation workshops with customer data engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Design and optimize deployment frameworks that scale across customer segments and enterprise-specific needs.
  • Create and maintain technical deployment documentation, including integration specifications, data models, and best practices.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans that reduce time-to-value while delivering sustainable solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers that could affect customer success.
  • Standardize and automate implementation processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar enterprise software roles.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical implementations while communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience creating and optimizing implementation processes that can scale across an organization.
  • Strong technical project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Experience with data warehouses, ETL processes, and marketing technology is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $140,000-$180,000 USD per year.
  • Location-independent compensation under a remote-first policy.
  • Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options.
  • Early exercise available for equity.
  • 10-year post-termination exercise window for equity options.
