Description

  • Architect scalable drive-thru and digital menu board configurations for multi-site Enterprise operations.
  • Lead high-stakes, multi-location rollouts from solution design through go-live.
  • Design display configurations, content hierarchies, and integration frameworks across dozens or hundreds of sites.
  • Manage franchisee and corporate relationships while proactively mitigating brand-level risks.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with Integrations, Product, and Sales to remove deployment blockers.
  • Perform internal quality assurance for multi-unit rollouts and resolve configuration issues before customer launch.
  • Mentor peers, identify workflow gaps, and develop scalable process improvements.
  • Own cross-team escalations and drive complex projects to successful resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined experience in POS, technology, or SaaS.
  • Experience implementing complex hardware and software at scale, managing integrations, and applying advanced networking skills.
  • Experience working with corporate IT leaders and regional managers on technical and operational requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of Enterprise configurations, above-store reporting, and third-party integrations, including Hotel PMS.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage cross-team escalations and complex, multi-phased rollouts.
  • Strong project management, judgment, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence multi-team collaboration.
  • Experience with drive-thru technology, digital signage, digital menu boards, kiosks, AV, or similar hardware deployments preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction, permitting, electrical, or site preparation workflows preferred.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, restaurant operations, or multi-unit QSR and fast-casual brands preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $73,000–$149,000 USD, depending on geography, skills, and experience.
  • Eligibility for additional cash compensation, including overtime and bonus or commissions where applicable.
