Description

  • Architect and continuously improve Syllo Academy, including its structure, navigation, and learner experience for client-facing and internal training content.
  • Administer the LMS, including user management, content organization, course publishing, reporting configuration, and system integrations.
  • Establish and maintain curriculum design standards, including templates, style guides, and quality review checklists.
  • Produce video and multimedia training assets such as screen recordings, narrated walkthroughs, interactive exercises, and knowledge checks.
  • Develop, maintain, and score certification exams that validate user proficiency on Syllo's platform.
  • Own learning analytics by configuring dashboards, generating reports, and surfacing insights to internal and client-facing stakeholders.
  • Manage the production pipeline for new training content in step with product releases and coordinate with subject matter experts to keep content current.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the learner experience through A/B testing, feedback loops, and engagement and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a directly related role in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience administering an LMS at the system level, such as Docebo, Absorb, Cornerstone, or similar.
  • Proficiency with video and multimedia production tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent.
  • Experience developing assessments and certification programs, including item writing, rubric design, and pass/fail calibration.
  • Working knowledge of learning analytics, including familiarity with SCORM or xAPI and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong project management and production workflow skills across multiple contributors and deadlines.
  • Experience designing for legal or compliance audiences is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI-powered software products is a plus.
  • Ability to bring both current skills and proven potential, including from a less traditional background.

Benefits

  • Remote work environment.
  • Salary range of $105,000 to $130,000 USD.
  • Potential for a higher salary range for exceptional candidates.
