Description

  • Lead software implementation projects end to end, from scope confirmation and kickoff through QA, go-live, and handoff to support.
  • Map current pharmacy workflows and design target processes that reduce extra steps and fit day-to-day operations.
  • Write clear tickets with acceptance criteria, document edge cases, and keep the backlog organized and prioritized.
  • Coordinate clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, decisions, and definitions of done.
  • Monitor the critical path, manage risks and scope changes, and keep projects on schedule through key milestones.
  • Provide clear, calm status updates and set expectations when issues arise.
  • Facilitate weekly check-ins and keep communication moving between all parties involved.
  • Review completed cycles and improve playbooks, templates, tooling, and internal processes for future projects.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or pharmacy operations with project ownership.
  • Experience in a pharmacy environment is preferred; pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to translate operational pain points into structured requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise updates and clear documentation.
  • Excellent organization, responsiveness, prioritization, and follow-through on action items.
  • Solid project-tracking habits with a data-driven mindset.
  • Technical curiosity and interest in learning new tools that improve efficiency or pharmacy and patient outcomes.
  • Familiarity with handling PHI and practical security/privacy best practices.
  • Strong, friendly communication style that builds trust and diffuses tension when problems arise.
  • Experience with AI in healthcare is a nice-to-have.
