Description

Own the end-to-end delivery system for cross-functional projects, including intake, coordination, visibility, prioritisation support, and escalation.
Ensure every project enters with a complete brief, a named owner, and proper use of the AI-assisted intake process.
Maintain a single, trusted source of truth for project status in ClickUp and eliminate shadow trackers and ad hoc status chasing.
Support leadership prioritisation discussions by preparing portfolio views, facilitating sessions, and documenting force-ranked decisions and de-prioritised work.
Spot blockers and stalled tasks early, flag risks to the responsible line manager, and escalate unresolved issues to the COO.
Act as a cross-functional bridge across departments to align deliverables, timelines, and collaboration.
Coordinate the highest-priority projects hands-on while ensuring other projects run through the framework via their owners.
Steward AI-assisted intake and reporting, and turn project data into business reports and dashboards as needed.
Continuously refine the delivery framework and ClickUp workspace based on real-world use and operational feedback.

Requirements

Significant experience delivering and coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.
Experience working in fintech, payments, or another regulated, partner-dependent environment is strongly preferred.
A track record of bringing order to ambiguity, driving adoption, and holding discipline without formal authority.
Fluency with ClickUp or a comparable project management platform.
Strong working knowledge of Slack and Google Workspace.
Comfort using AI tools such as Claude to reduce manual effort while maintaining judgement.
Experience with merchant integrations, client onboarding, or API implementation projects is highly desirable.
Experience across multiple African markets is a plus.
Relevant certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum is welcome but secondary to demonstrated delivery capability.
High autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate clearly with both specialists and executives.
