Description

  • Own and manage an established client bank, providing ongoing holistic financial planning advice.
  • Deliver advice across pensions, investments, protection, tax planning, and retirement strategies.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and identify additional advice opportunities.
  • Manage client review cycles and ensure proactive, timely communication and service.
  • Collaborate with investment management, employee benefits, and other Titan teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support business growth through referrals, professional introducers, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build relationships with external professionals including accountants and solicitors.
  • Contribute to local growth plans aligned with regional and national strategy.
  • Provide advice in line with FCA regulations, Titan policies, and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
  • Maintain compliant client files and suitability reports while meeting CAS and Fit & Proper requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Current SPS holder and Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
  • Proven experience managing client relationships as a Financial Planner.
  • Strong ability to deliver holistic financial advice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Chartered Financial Planner status or progress toward it preferred.
  • Experience managing or inheriting an existing client bank preferred.
  • Broad technical knowledge across financial planning areas preferred.
  • Previous paraplanning experience preferred.
  • Willingness to demonstrate creativity, commitment, and collaboration.
