Description

  • Lead prospecting, qualification, and closing of new affiliate CPA client accounts.
  • Drive the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Present tailored solutions and communicate the value of tvScientific’s platform to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new clients.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the account management team after sale.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using affiliate ecosystem knowledge and market trends.
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Support to support onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Stay informed on client needs, industry trends, and competitors to position the company effectively.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Participate in sales presentations, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Use AI tools to prioritize accounts, tailor outreach, and prepare for discovery calls.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate sales or account management with a track record in performance marketing.
  • Experience closing high-value affiliate CPA deals and managing complex client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, performance marketing principles, and digital media landscape.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and close large deals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to create customized solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and experienced in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfort using AI to accelerate account research, pipeline prioritization, and outreach, while validating details against source-of-truth reporting and internal data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients or managing large, complex affiliate networks is preferred.
  • Certifications or specialized training in performance marketing, affiliate marketing platforms, or digital advertising is preferred.
  • Strong network within the affiliate marketing industry and related verticals is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $79,198 to $163,055 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity compensation.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation.
