Description

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Build pipeline from scratch in an early-stage environment and identify strategic enterprise accounts without an established playbook.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sale expansion.
  • Translate technical AI and machine learning capabilities into clear business outcomes for executive stakeholders.
  • Position Unframe as the preferred alternative for organizations deciding whether to buy versus build AI solutions.
  • Develop multi-year account expansion strategies and deepen relationships across IT, product, and innovation teams.
  • Partner directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy and shape the go-to-market motion.
  • Influence the product roadmap by sharing customer and market insights with leadership.
  • Close large enterprise deals that help establish Unframe’s market position.
  • Drive enterprise transformation by selling secure, scalable AI solutions into complex organizations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota overachievement at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to deliver outcomes independently.
  • Nice-to-have: prior success in regulated industries and early-stage companies.
