Description

  • Support the customer journey across onboarding, adoption, business reviews, expansion, and renewal stages.
  • Lead a high-quality onboarding experience and ensure customer use cases and requirements are delivered on time.
  • Translate technical customer needs for internal technical teams and share product feedback to shape enhancements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and business reviews to assess performance and uncover expansion opportunities in existing and new teams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build account plans aligned to customer needs and platform use cases.
  • Proactively identify customer risks and work with internal teams to develop and execute mitigation plans.
  • Provide thought leadership to help resolve customer issues and support co-development of process improvements, programs, and assets.
  • Develop and drive renewal plans and communicate the value of Tines to analyst, management, and executive stakeholders.
  • Review account dashboards, metrics, logins, and use cases to assess account health.
  • Manage a book of business and use data indicators to drive renewal and expansion strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or a post-sales role at a technology company.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams such as cybersecurity, DevOps, or IT.
  • Experience asking questions to uncover problems, identify opportunities, and translate technical requirements to internal teams and partners.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using internal resources and knowing when to engage management or leadership.
  • Knowledge of APIs and how they function.
  • Remote role based anywhere in Ireland.
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams (preferred).
