Description

  • Lead a first-class onboarding experience and ensure customer use cases and requirements are met on time.
  • Translate technical customer needs to internal technical teams and share product feedback to shape new features and improvements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and business reviews to assess performance, understand customer priorities, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to build account plans and align customer needs with platform use cases.
  • Proactively identify risks to customers achieving their goals and develop mitigation plans with the CSM and PM teams.
  • Identify customer issues and business challenges, then help develop solutions, process improvements, programs, or assets.
  • Develop and drive renewal plans and communicate the value of Tines to stakeholders including analysts, management, and the C-suite.
  • Review account dashboards, metrics, log-ins, and use cases to assess customer health.
  • Help foster customer champions who can identify automation opportunities across their organization.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or a post-sales role at a technology company.
  • Experience with a SaaS solution for technical teams such as cybersecurity, DevOps, or IT.
  • Experience uncovering customer problems, identifying new opportunities, and translating technical requirements to internal teams and partners.
  • Knowledge of APIs and how they function.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available at this time.
  • Experience working with customers across security and non-security functions such as IT, engineering, and operations is preferred.
  • Experience in account expansion and renewal management is preferred.
