Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Define hiring strategies based on market conditions, talent availability, and business urgency.
  • Draft and optimize job descriptions to improve visibility and candidate conversion.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, Indeed, and niche job boards.
  • Source active and passive candidates across multiple industries and functions.
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit, communication, technical alignment, culture fit, and motivation.
  • Manage candidate communication from initial outreach through offer stage and ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, gather structured feedback, and maintain detailed ATS documentation.
  • Support offer preparation, compensation discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Track recruiting KPIs, maintain accurate reporting, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable, iCIMS, or similar systems.
  • Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and major job boards.
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and active roles simultaneously.
  • Experience in agency recruiting or high-volume hiring is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, professional services, finance, operations, or property management roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hiring compliance and employment best practices is preferred.
  • Experience supporting remote or international hiring, or scaling hiring operations, is preferred.
