Description

  • Coordinate recruiting activities across the US and LATAM recruitment teams.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors on analytics hiring needs.
  • Track candidate progress through the recruiting pipeline and maintain candidate records.
  • Source and screen candidate profiles and help build and maintain the pipeline.
  • Support the lead recruiter with ad hoc recruiting and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain the ATS, collect feedback, and help calibrate recruiting processes.
  • Plan interviews and support offer and negotiation processes with hiring manager input.
  • Build relationships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent staffing needs.
  • Engage and attract talent for roles ranging from senior consultants to leadership positions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in a similar role, with recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, or business analyst roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality work.
  • Enthusiastic, personable, positive, and high-integrity professional.
