Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned client law firms across attorneys, paralegals, administrative, and operations roles.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to build job blueprints and job descriptions, including role scope, compensation, and hiring non-negotiables.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using a structured hiring methodology.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and communications from intake through offer stage.
  • Provide clients with weekly search-status updates.
  • Support offer structuring and negotiation on behalf of clients to ensure compensation is competitive and realistic.
  • Track and report recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and retention.
  • Assist with internal recruiting as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with a mix of agency and in-house recruiting preferred.
  • Proven track record recruiting for small-to-mid-sized businesses.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple role types, including professional, administrative, and operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of the cost of a bad hire and the importance of long-term retention.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder-management skills, with comfort advising firm owners and Managing Partners.
  • Demonstrated process discipline and ability to follow a structured hiring methodology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Legal recruiting experience preferred but not required.
  • Client-first mindset focused on long-term hiring success over placement speed.
  • Proven success in outbound recruiting, not only inbound applicant sourcing.
  • Experience recruiting for at least 5 roles at a time, ideally 10+.
  • Above-average technical ability with proven success using technology and AI.
