Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in Mexico.
  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for upcoming roles.
  • Maintain the ATS, collect feedback, and help calibrate the recruiting process.
  • Engage and attract talent from senior consultant through leadership levels.
  • Coordinate interview planning, offers, and negotiations with hiring managers.
  • Build partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in a consulting company with global operations, especially the US and Canada, is highly preferred.
  • Experience hiring for data science, analytics, data engineering, and machine learning engineering roles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
  • Knowledge of work visa and immigration processes is a plus.
  • Must have work authorization in Mexico; visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality work.
  • Enthusiastic, personable, positive, and high-integrity.
