Description

  • Lead enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define future-state architectures in collaboration with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Drive solutioning approaches and enterprise technical decision-making.
  • Design and provision infrastructure with security, compliance, and consumption requirements in mind.
  • Develop cloud platform automation strategies and evangelize automation activities.
  • Build and maintain tools to automate application and infrastructure deployment and operations monitoring.
  • Decompose complex infrastructure problems into simple, workable solutions.
  • Provide technical influence and guidance across multiple teams to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects and coordinate competing priorities.
  • Stay current and quickly upskill on new technologies, tools, and paradigms.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years as a Solution Architect in infrastructure/DnA-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS IaaS services, platform limitations, network security, and application security.
  • Deep experience provisioning infrastructure with security, compliance, and consumption considerations.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Bash, and infrastructure as code automation.
  • Strong experience creating and modifying JSON configuration files and using Terraform.
  • Experience with Databricks.
  • Implementation experience with AWS DevOps Toolchain, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Nexus, Sonarqube, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kaniko.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical issues and requirements.
  • Ability to understand system interdependencies and limitations.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
